این خانه دو خوابه به همراه بالکنی با چشم انداز کوه و جنگل در روستای خرمکش واقع شده که با احمدسرگوراب حدود 20 کیلومتر و با شهر شفت حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و این واحد با دسترسی حدود 8 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
لازم به ذکر است که طبقه پایین خانه در حال حاضر نیمه ساخت است و کسی در آن سکونت ندارد و به همین جهت ساختمان بصورت دربست در اختیار مهمانان قرار داده می شود.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، بالکن، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین با پیمودن حدود 10 پله از فضای بیرونی به بام دسترسی خواهید داشت.
