این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای زرودک از توابع جواهرده واقع شده است که تا شهر رامسر حدود 22 کیلومتر و با ساحل دریا حدود 24 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر جکوزی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا جکوزی، یک اتاق خواب با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این کلبه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
سرو غذای محلی با هماهنگی قبلی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام امکان پذیر است.
