این ویلا دوبلکس با چهار اتاق خواب که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در روستای حاجی کلا واقع شده که با ساحل دریا و شهر سرخرود حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای ورودی استخر، میز بیلیارد، یک اتاق خواب مستر، سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک خواب مستر)، سرویس ایرانی و بالکن قرار دارد.
اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی به سمت کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
