این سوئیت مبله با در شهر سرخرود واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 100 متر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 8 پله دارای آسانسور می باشد در طبقه ششم یک ساختمان شش طبقه 11 واحدی قرار دارد.
