این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای شولم واقع شده است که تا شهر فومن حدود 5 کیلومتری فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان، سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون درب تعبیه شده است، همچنین واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
واحد در مجاورت کلبه دیگر می باشد و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، محوطه فاقد دروازه ورودی و دیوار است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 800 متر ممکن است.
