این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در خیابان انقلاب شهر خرم آباد واقع شده است که با تنکابن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد، یک اتاق خواب مستر و تراس نیز در طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی حضور دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی به سمت کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
