این اتاق در یک مجموعه بومگردی 5 واحدی در روستای سرآسیاب و فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از شهر گرمسار واقع شده است.
این اتاق 20 متری دارای رخت خواب سنتی، یخچال، بخاری برقی و اسپیلت می باشد و سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط و مجاورت اتاق قرار دارد، همچنین اتاق فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است ولی مهمانان می توانند از آشپزخانه مشترک مجموعه با هماهنگی قبلی استفاده نمایند.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به حیاط دلباز مجهز به حوض، آلاچیق و تخت سنتی، سالن غذاخوری و آشپزخانه مشترک اشاره کرد.
لازم به ذکر است سرو غذا در سه وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه و هماهنگی قبلی امکانپذیر است.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در مجموعه حضور دارد، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
