این خانه مبله یکخوابه در روستای خوش بالا شده است که تا شهر نیشابور حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 14 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در بعضی از ایام سال در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد و حیاط بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
در نظر داشته باشید در حیاط یک استخر نیمه کاره قرار دارد که غیرفعال بوده و قابل استفاده نمی باشد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت مصرفی از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
همچنین آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
