این خانه مبله یکخوابه در روستای جوربند واقع شده است که تا شهر چمستان حدود 5 کیلومتر و تا شهر نور حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام مجزا می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید واحد دارای یک اتاق خواب دیگر نیز است که قفل و غیرقابل استفاده برای مهمان می باشد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
