این سوئیت یکخوابه با نمای کاهگلی در روستای گردشگری بابارمضان واقع شده است که حدود 48 کیلومتر از شهر کلات فاصله دارد.
این سوئیت در مجاورت سوئیت دیگر با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و سه واحدی قرار دارد که تراس این طبقه نیز به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
فضای داخلی سوئیت به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب بدون در، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است اقامتگاه فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری است و سوخت آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
اطراف حیاط به سبک خانه های روستایی محصور نیست و میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان و ساکنین سوئیت مجاور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
سرو غذای محلی مانند یخنی درگزیف قرمه، فتیر مسکه محلی و ... با هماهنگی قبلی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای وعده ناهار و شام امکان پذیر می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت در ایرانسل به صورت 4g می باشد اما اینترنت همراه اول در دسترس نیست.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 500 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
