این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با ویو کوه در روستای خوش آب و هوای دزدک واقع شده است که حدود 19 کیلومتر با نوشهر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و تراسی دلباز قرار دارد.
حیاط کلبه با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و واحد نگهبانی به صورت 24 ساعته در شهرک مستقر است.
