این ویلا سوئیسی دو خوابه دارای استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، تراس و حیاطی دلباز در محیطی امن و آرام در محله لشتو و منطقه شیرود واقع شده است که در فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از تنکابن و حدود 20 کیلومتری از رامسر قرار دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی های خودمونی فراهم نموده است.
