این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز به همراه تاب در روستای باغچه سرا واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا و شهر آستارا حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 11 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می‌شود و در حیاط یک سرویس ایرانی تعبیه شده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به‌صورت 4g می‌باشد.
