این ویلا جنگلی یکخوابه به همراه بالکنی دلباز با چشم انداز جنگل و رودخانه در روستای نارنج بن واقع شده است که با شهر شیرگاه حدود 2 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و با پیمودن حدود 20 پله از بیرون ویلا به طبقه بالا که تراس و بالکن دلباز قرار دارد دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه حیاط از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف به وسیله فنس محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
توجه داشته باشید که مسیر دسترسی به ویلا از رودخانه و مسیر جنگل میگذرد و باید خودرو خود را در فاصله حدود 800 متری از واحد پارک نموده و باقی مسیر را به وسیله ماشین آفرودی که در اختیار میزبان بوده و هزینه فقط یکبار رفت و‌ برگشت به عهده میزبان است، طی نمایید.
قابل ذکر است که یک پارکینگ عمومی نزدیک به اقامتگاه قرار دارد که استفاده از آن با پرداخت هزینه ممکن است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری استفاده نمایند، همچنین می توانید این مورد را از میزبان تقاضا کنید.
