این ویلا دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در محیطی امن و آرام در منطقه فرح آباد واقع شده است که حدود دو کیلومتر با ساحل دریا و حدود 25 کیلومتر با شهر ساری فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب که یک خواب آن مستر است، سرویس ایرانی و تراس دنج قرار دارد.
قابل ذکر است شاهنشین موجود در طبقه آخر غیرقابل استفاده است.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
