این کلبه سوئیسی سه خوابه به همراه بالکن شیشه ای با ویو رودخانه و جنگل در روستای شالماکوه واقع شده که با شهر ماسال حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار کوتاه و فنس چمنی محصور شده و از یک طرف که به رودخانه منتهی می شود فاقد حصار است و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
