این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با فاصله حدود 400 متر از ساحل دریا در روستای ترک محله آلالان واقع شده است که با شهر اسالم حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
با توجه به بافت روستایی منطقه محوطه از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در ساختمان دیگری واقع در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، لازم به ذکر است دروازه ورودی و محوطه با میزبان به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
آب لوله کشی کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را دارا نیست لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند
مهمانان گرامی می توانند مایحتاج روزانه خود را از سوپر مارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 150 متری از خانه تهیه نمایند.
