این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای سیدکلا واقع شده است که تا شهر شیرگاه حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا بصورت دو طبقه است و در طبقه پایین دارای جکوزی با سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 13 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی تعبیه شده است، همچنین تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط با فنس و پوشش گیاهی محصور شده و میزبان در همسایگی ساکن است، در نظر داشته باشید در نزدیکی ویلا یک ساختمان نیمه کاره در حال ساخت قرار دارد.
گفتنی است راه پله فاقد نرده می باشد در صورت داشتن فرزند، مراقب دلبند خود باشید.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
