این ویلا دوبلکس با سه اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن در روستای پسنده سفلی واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 1.5 کیلومتر و با شهر عباس آباد حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی کلبه می توان سیستم صوتی، تاب فلزی و صندلی با میز آتشدان که در بالکن تعبیه شده را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه کوچک، دو اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
