این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه که با حیاط دلباز و سرسبز در روستای فشتکه دوم واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا و منطقه آزاد انزلی حدود 4 کیلومتر و با شهر خمام حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 5 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 300 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
