این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در منطقه خوش آب و هوا در روستای کمدره واقع شده است که تا شهر آمل حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر فوتبال دستی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل تراس، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دو اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با طبقه پایین مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
