این خانه مبله یکخوابه با ایوانی مجهز به تخت سنتی با چشم انداز کوهستان در روستای تنگرود واقع شده که با شهر دیلمان حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب با حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و محوطه آن به وسیله نرده محصور شده است و دروازه و راه پله ورودی بصورت مشترک با واحد دیگری که در طبقه بالاتر قرار گرفته مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
در نظر داشته باشید که پارکینگ سوئیت در زیر ساختمان تعبیه شده و برای دسترسی به واحد باید از پله های ورودی استفاده نمایید.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود سه کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
