این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای کنارسر واقع شده است که تا شهر کوچصفهان حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب می باشد و لازم با ذکر است تنها حمام و سرویس ایرانی این واحد در حیاط قرار گرفته و به صورت مشترک با سرایدار استفاده می شود.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار در محوطه سکونت دارد از این رو دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در همسایگی این واحد تعدادی مرغ و خروس نگهداری می شود که تداعی گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متری ممکن است.
