این ویلا یکخوابه در نزدیکی ساحل دریا در روستای انبارسر واقع شده است که تا شهر کیاشهر حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که با دسترسی حدود 6 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، ایوان، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تعدادی پله به سمت طبقه بالا در واحد تعبیه شده است که غیرقابل استفاده برای مهمان می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف دیگر که چشم انداز دریا دارد با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین در حیاط حوض قرار دارد که غیرفعال می باشد.
