این ویلا دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است با استخر روباز در روستای پایین کویخ واقع شده که با ورودی فرودگاه رشت حدود 2.5 کیلومتر و با میدان شهرداری حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی ویلا می توان سیستم صوتی، میز فوتبال دستی، ایرهاکی و میز و صندلی با چتر سایبان در حیاط را نام برد.
