این اتاق دو تخته در یک مجموعه اقامتی 6 واحدی در خیابان ارم شهر قم واقع شده که با حرم حضرت معصومه حدود 300 متر فاصله دارد.
مجموعه با دسترسی حدود 18 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه قرار گرفته و در طبقه همکف آن یک کافه تعبیه شده است.
در نظر داشته باشید که مجموعه در منطقه پیاده روی خیابان ارم واقع شده و در صورت مراجعه با خودرو لازم است تا خودرو خود را در فاصله حدود 200 متری و در خیابان اصلی پارک نمایید.
طراحی اتاق به گونه ای است که دارای تخت دبل، سینک ظرفشویی، یخچال، تلویزیون و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد اجاق گاز و امکانات پخت و پز است.
