این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه به همراه استخر روباز در منطقه خوش آب و هوای خشت سر واقع شده است که تا شهر محمود آباد 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
