این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه به همراه حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای یالبندان واقع شده است که تا شهر کلارآباد و نمک آبرود حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه به گونه ای طراحی شده که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و نشیمن، تراس و حمام با سرویس فرنگی در طبقه دوم قرار دارد، همچنین یک فضای خواب در طبقه سوم قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی حضور دارد، همچنین یک سگ نگهبان وفادار در محوطه زندگی می کند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از واحد استفاده نمایند.
