این ویلای یکخوابه در شهر ابریشم واقع شده است که با شهر اصفهان حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که شامل استخر با حمام و سرویس ایرانی، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق دارای حمام می باشد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر در ویلا فضای مناسبی را برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 3 کیلومتر ممکن است.
