این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای فشتکه واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتر با شهر خمام فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 80 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده شن ریزی شده است.
