این ویلا دو خوابه با فاصله نزدیکی از ساحل دریا در روستای گتگسر واقع شده است که حدود یک کیلومتر از جنگل گیسوم فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در طبقه همکف استخر نیمه کاره و غیر قابل استفاده قرار دارد و با حدود 15 پله دیگر در طبقه دوم دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و تراس آن با چشم انداز بینظیر دریا در اختیار مهمانان است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته شده است. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز قرار دارد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری بوده و سوخت این ویلا از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است، همچنین پیک رایگان نیز با هماهنگی قبلی در دسترس می باشد.
