این خانه مبله در روستای خوش آب و هوای دوگلسر واقع شده است که حدود 8 کیلومتری با شهر چابکسر و حدود 8 کیلومتر با تله کابین رامسر فاصله دارد..
این خانه دارای تراسی دنج به سبک سنتی با چشم انداز باغ میوه و حیاطی دلباز می باشد که فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
خانه با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط به سبک خانه های روستایی با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. لازم به ذکر است این خانه در فاصله حدود 300 متری مسجد قرار دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
