این اتاق دو تخته مستر با صبحانه رایگان در روستای رودگوابر واقع شده که با شهر رانکوه حدود 4 کیلومتر و با شهر املش حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اتاق با دسترسی حدود 7 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و چهار واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی اتاق به گونه ای است که دارای تخت دو نفره، یخچال و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
سرو غذا در وعده های ناهار و شام در رستوران موجود در مجموعه و با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد، همچنین در محوطه حیاط یک کافه رستوران نیز قرار گرفته که دروازه ورودی و محوطه بصورت مشترک با میزبان و مهمانان دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی، حیاط و رستوران مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
