این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه مستر استخر سرپوشیده در روستای گنک سرا واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 400 متر و با شهر اسالم حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
این واحد شامل پذیرایی با ورودی استخر، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب مستر می باشد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با واحد طبقه بالا مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی نیمه ساز و در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
