این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در روستای اجاکسر واقع شده که با شهر بابلسر حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که در طبقه همکف پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی قرار گرفته و در طبقه دوم پذیرایی، سه اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی در دسترس است، همچنین ساختمان در طبقه سوم دارای یک بهار خواب می باشد که توسط میزبان قفل شده و ویلا به صورت دوبلکس در اختیار مهمان قرار میگیرد.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ویلا مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد که حیاط، دروازه ورودی و کوچه را پوشش می دهد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند مایحتاج روزانه خود را از سوپر مارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 150 متری از خانه تهیه نمایند.
