این ویلای یکخوابه با نما و سقف چوبی به همراه وان جکوزی در جاده روستای خودبچر واقع شده که با شهر شاندرمن حدود 3 کیلومتر و با شهر ماسال حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در ایوان ورودی میز و صندلی و وان جکوزی با چتر سایبان قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از یکطرف با پوشش گیاهی محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
