این خانه ویلایی یک‌خوابه در روستای کمدره و با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از شهر آمل واقع شده است.
فضای داخلی خانه به‌گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب می‌باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که تنها حمام خانه در اتاق خواب قرار دارد و سرویس ایرانی نیز در ایوان تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می‌باشد و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز دوربین مداربسته به کوچه اشراف دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به‌صورت 4g می‌باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 10 متر منتهی به خانه به‌صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو است.
