این ویلا استخردار سه خوابه در جاده دزفول به شوش در ابتدای جاده شمس آباد واقع شده است که با شهر دزفول حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود استخر روباز، میز ایرهاکی، میز پینگ پنگ و حیاطی مجهز به میز و صندلی باغی و گیاهان زینتی فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان گرامی فراهم نموده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و سرویس ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر است.
سفارش وعده های غذایی ناهار و شام با هماهنگی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
