این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز در منطقه گیسوم واقع شده است که تا ساحل حدود 4 کیلومتر و با شهر اسالم حدود 11 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه ویلا یک طرف با حصار و سه طرف سیم خاردارمحصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی ویلا سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
