این خانه مبله یکخوابه به همراه چشم انداز بی نظیر دشت در روستای نمک آوران از توابع منطقه لوشان واقع شده است که حدود 37 کیلومتر با رودبار و حدود 45 کیلومتر با شهر داماش فاصله دارد.
این واحد به روی شیب جاده در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه تک واحدی قرار دارد، که محوطه اطراف ویلا با فنس و دیوار محصور می باشد، گفتنی است استخر موجود در تصاویر غیر قابل استفاده می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که سرایدار در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 3 کیلومتر ممکن است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است ولی ایرانسل فاقد آنتن دهی و پوشش اینترنت مناسب می باشد.
