این خانه دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوا و ییلاقی سیاه مرزکوه واقع شده است که با شهر علی آباد کتول حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته که طراحی آن به صورتی است که طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 12 پله (از حیاط) دارای دو اتاق خواب و بالکن دنج و طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 10 پله (از خارج ساختمان) دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه و بالکن با چشم انداز کوه می باشد، همچنین حمام با سرویس ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد.
حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز بعضی اوقات در طبقه پایین همین ساختمان سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
گفتنی است سوخت مصرفی اقامتگاه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
