این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز در شهر رامسر واقع شده که تا ساحل دریا حدود 800 متر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز فوتبال دستی و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار بلند و از یک طرف با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
