این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای سقی بن واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسوله حدود 10 کیلومتر و با شهر فومن حدود 22 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 8 پله در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در همسایگی این واحد از مرغ و خروس نگهداری می شود که تداعی گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 3 کیلومتر ممکن است.
