این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در روستای طش واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر رشت حدود 5 کیلومتر و با شهر پیربازار حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز بیلیارد و حیاط محوطه سازی شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و گفتنی است در زمان اقامت مهمان، میزبان اقامتگاه را ترک کرده و واحد را به صورت دربست در اختیار مهمان قرار می دهد.
