این کلبه سوئیسی به همراه جکوزی و روفگاردن با چشمانداز دریا و جنگل در جاده اربه کله واقع شده که با شهر رامسر حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 25 پله و ورودی مجزا در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی بر روی شیب جاده قرار دارد.
