این ویلای دو خوابه به همراه استخر روباز در روستای رودپشت واقع شده که با شهر خشکبیجار حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با ایرانی و حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
