این خانه مبله یکخوابه به همراه بالکن با ویو ساحل در آپارتمانی پلاک یک دریا و در شهر بابلسر واقع شده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 14 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان شش طبقه قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، بالکن با میز و صندلی، یک اتاق خواب با حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می باشد و تنها حمام خانه در یک اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در محوطه سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و مشاعات ساختمان مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
