این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای مونج از توابع کجور واقع شده است که با پارک جنگلی کندلوس حدود 2.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر آلاچیق، میز، صندلی و تاب در حیاط سرسبز خانه فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب می باشد. حمام و سرویس ایرانی نیز خارج از خانه و در ایوان قرار دارند.
