این کلبه سوئیسی در روستای مشهدی سرا واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 4 کیلومتر و تا شهر متل قو حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، جکوزی و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب بدون در و بالکن قرار دارد.
حیاط کلبه به سبک واحد های شهرکی با دیوار کوتاه و درخچه محصور شده و فاقد دروازه ورودی است، نگهبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر کوچه به سمت ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است و در مجاورت اقامتگاه ساخت و ساز انجام می شود.
در نظر داشته باشید در همسایگی واحد یک ساختمان نیمه کاره قرار دارد که در حال حاضر فرآیند ساخت و ساز آن متوقف شده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 700 متری استفاده نمایند.
