این ویلای سه خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است با طراحی به سبک خانه های کانادایی به همراه استخر روباز در بلوار کازینو شهر رامسر واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 400 متر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی ویلا می توان سیستم صوتی، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال دستی و تاب فلزی را نام برد.
در محوطه حیاط دلباز ویلا یک آلاچیق چوبی به همراه میز و نیمکت، باربیکیو و گرما تاب مهیا شده و همچنین یک اتاق شیشه ای با وان جکوزی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می باشد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای ایوان با میز و صندلی، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب(یکخواب مستر) و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 600 متری استفاده نمایند.
